Direct debit

If you choose to pay by direct debit, TotallyHosted can take the amount owed from your account without your intervention. This offers several advantages, you will never be too late to pay your bill. For us, it also offers advantages, because we know exactly when we get money in and the payments are obviously always on time.

You don't lose the control of your bank account. You authorize us to withdraw funds from your account. On the 1st of the month you have to pay, we will send you an invoice as you're used to. It is indicated on the invoice that within 10 days the amount of your account is debited. You then have about 10 days to notify us of any inaccuracies.

Should we have quoted the wrong amount on the bill and you have not notified us in time, you still have 56 days (!) to reverse the payment through your bank.
